Bio ~ Dani Juni

I’ve been doing hair since 1998 and every year I enjoy it more. I chose this career because it allows me to be creative and technical at the same time; I get to work with YOU on a personal level.

My goal is to give your hair the color, shape and style that suits your personality and gets you excited. I also make it a point to teach you how to recreate your new style at home.

I want you to love your hair as much as I love what I do!

My favorite thing to do is hair color. In beauty school I used to have dreams about color placement, kind of scary huh? My passion for color has driven me to teach color classes to others, as well as continue taking classes for my own personal growth. In this ever-changing industry I know that it is important to further myself so that I can better serve my clientele.

Some people want to know what kind of people I work best with.

I have a wide range of clients… from girls in high school with bright red accent pieces and a wild layered cut — their mothers who have an all one length bob and natural highlights to brighten their smiles — to their grandmothers with all over color to hide the gray and a few highlights to help it grow out easier. And of course men, who care enough about their hair to get a good haircut.

I also love cutting curly hair. It is a challenge to most hairstylists, but a pleasure to me. I believe that it takes a lot of care and understanding to make curly hair happy.

I also love working with ‘fine limp hair’. I have found some magical ways to make finer hair behave and be more manageable with more of a shape. I believe that the integrity of the hair is very important and I try to keep my clients hair as healthy as possible by doing periodic conditioning treatments.

My clients as individuals are very important to me. I value the relationships I have built over the years and look forward to building more.

When I’m not in the salon, I am a busy mom of my son Riley who is 13, and Olivia who is 7. My family is very important to me and I love sharing stories and swapping parenting tips. I love to travel and am constantly planning my next adventure or escape.

I am an open book, so if you have any questions about me or my style of doing hair feel free to email me and ask away!
